NM Eng 25mm Rear Sway Bar (F55, F56, F57)

From day one, the MINI has needed a rear sway bar to take away the natural understeer and the third Generation (F55/F56/F57) are no different! Due to federal regulations, front wheel drive vehicles understeer from the factory. As a result, adding a rear swaybar is the best body roll management you can ever do to your MINI since the handling characteristic and steering input are so well enhanced. This is where we recommend starting with your first mod.

The NM Engineering Solid 25mm Hollow/Tubular Rear Sway Bar improves your F-chassis MINI by adding more oversteer and increasing the car handling predictability, thus creating a more neutral handling car.

The bar comes with two holes that are adjustable on each end to to increase stiffness. The end holes are already stiffer than stock due to an increased bar diameter. The inboard holes will make the sway bar even stiffer to help tailor it to your driving style and needs depending on application (street/autocross, track, Dragon days).
