Pistons are not installed, but the cyl was bored with a Torque Plate and Rings were sized with the Torque plate installed. The top of the block has also been machine true and is ready to accept a head gasket (we recommend the OEM thicker head gasket). this could be a very quick build once they crank is sized and proper bearing clearances are achieved.
