Note: To extract the maximum amount of performance increase from a Mini Cooper after installation of a MagnaFlow cat back system, a specific procedure should be followed. The car's battery MUST be disconnected for 30 minutes prior to installation of the system. Keep the battery disconnected during the installation process. Upon completion of the installation, conduct a 30 minute driving session and ensure at least a few full throttle blasts (complying with all speed limits and do so in a safe and prudent manner) Allow the car to cool down for 30-60 minutes. Conduct your dyno test (or enjoy the results).
