    Fast. Friendly, Honest, & Helpful

    Recently I've been in touch with Detroit Tuned about my 09 Clubman S. I spoke with Chad through several emails and phone calls. He was always patient with me and helpful. I wanted to have them update my tune since I had added some aftermarket items to the car with a new engine. I sent my files to Chad, and the next day I was given the information that at this time I didn't need a new tune that it was already setup for everything I needed and given the issues I was having he gave me some ideas on where to start troubleshooting! Thanks!

    As happy as I am with the parts I've bought (and rented) from Detroit Tuned, the fact that they're willing to talk through problems and give advice on the phone is probably my favorite thing about these guys, and why I'll continue ordering from them in the future. I highly recommend throwing multiple quantities of this $2 phone support product in your cart and giving them a call!

    I spoke with Chad on the phone and then continued with questions through email. He was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable and didn't try to push any unnecessary product.And this was all before I found this tech support option on his site so all the help he gave me was for free. 10/10 would recommend calling/emailing with any questions.
